What is a help desk? Tekcetera defines help desk as a service that solves problems. Our help desk is staffed with Level I, II, and III technicians that can answer simple questions or complex configuration issues. We offer our help desk to all business and we bill in fifteen minute increments with no base charge. A simple question about your email client for example could take fifteen minutes to talk through. In this case you are only billed for the fifteen minutes, nothing more.
